Congratulations Grand Master Scott Gustafson!

Scott Gustafson received the Grand Master Award at The Spectrum 22 Awards Ceremony, held in conjunction with the Spectrum Fantastic Art Live show in Kansas City, Missouri on Saturday, May 23, 2015. He also received the Silver Award in the Book category for the painting “Jack and the Sleeping Giant” from Classic Bedtime Stories, published by Greenwich Workshop Press in September 2014.

Spectrum Fantastic Art Live (SFAL), now in its 23rd year, celebrates the fantastic art and its creators. SFAL is a fantasy art convention where creators display, share and sell originals, prints, sculpture, crafts, toys and more to an audience of fans and peers.

The Grand Master Award is chosen annually by Spectrum Fantastic Art Advisory Board. To be considered, an active artist must (1) have a career spanning at least twenty years, (2) have achieved a level of excellence in their work that they’ve maintained throughout the course of their career, (3) have inspired other artists with their attitudes and accomplishments.

Gustafson has more than met these criteria and The Greenwich Workshop adds our congratulations to the artist. Well deserved and well done!
